hi doctor my penis is feeking so much pain as when i ws removing my sperms or doing hand practice skin of uppar part of my penis removed and goes backward and in the there is no skin now and it is so much paining what can u do plz doctor reply me fastly

i think you are suffering from a inflammation of foreskin konwn as paraphimosis. An antibiotic with a NSAID can help. but local examination is required to make a decision regarding management. so please consult a practitionar. Thanks
