hi... I am 27 year old married man...I have been opreted for right sided hydrocele befor 2 year. than befor 7 months I had epididymitis with orchitis, which was treted...now my question is I have pain in my right testis many timr..so ultrasound was done befor 15 days..the result saws that right testis is mild atrophic ..otherwise it is normal report. .so I am worry about it...should I need to consult surgeon..or it is normal ..?
