Hi! Im Liezel yesterday I woke up around 6 am after taking a bath my stomach hurts so Iwent to the bathroom to poo but the stomach pain was unexpected it was very painful, my poo was liquid, and after pooping I got dizzy feels like Im going to faint and throw up.
You are suffering from gastroenteritis also known as stomach flu.It is an intestinal infection marked by diarrhoea, cramps, nausea, vomiting and fever.However all symptoms are not present in every patient.Bacterial and viral infection causes inflammation in your stomach and intestines causing symptoms like vomiting, severe abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. Treatment Take imodium(Loperamide) 2mg one tablet stat. Start taking a probiotic twice daily,Probiotics contains lactobacillus. These bacteria's help in proper digestion of food and will help to revive your depleted gastric flora. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration–You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from diarrhoea. Take juices rich in potassium. It will take 3-5 days to settle down,
