Suggest Remedy For Pain In Testicles Due To Injury
About 2 years ago my friend hit me in the testicles, it was a complete direct hit and was extremely soar. Ever since i would sometimes get a pain in my testicles (usually the left one) and i used to get a pain in my side. Now my right testicle hangs extremely lower. Please help with your advice, am 22 and it causes alot of sexual anxiety to. Cheers

1.The history suggest the possibilities hematoma formation after trauma, or partial ischemic changes in the testis.
2.There is no remedy in this case - you need to evaluate the cause of the symptoms and treated accordingly.
3.The investigation of choice is ultrasound scrotum - ultrasound will help to assess the vascularity presence of any partial cessation of the blood supply, hematoma, free fluid.
4.And status of the testicular parenchyma, epididymis, chord status and venous channels.
5.Treatment in this case will be antibiotic course with symptomatic treatment - good after evaluation of the cause. Good luck.
