Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Left Ear

could you please tell me any ENT specialist under CGHS panel in west delhi?..my left ear were paining since day before yester day.though i ve taken ontocin-o ear drop n some medicines.I v got the pain in my left ear due to which yesterday i was unwilling to open my mouth but now it is fine.actually i used the matchstick to my left ear.please advise me...

Hello,

Many causes for pain in the left ear like ear wax or eustachian tube block or ASOM or otitis externa etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Sinarest twice a day for five days. Please consult your ENT specialist he will do ear endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
