Hello my name is Morgan I'm 19 years old and 30 weeks pregnant. I recieved a call yesterday from my doctor saying that I am servely anemic. I have to get three iv irons in the next three weeks and take 2 pills a day. I was wondering if I would be able to get a c section with being anemic. I am having a lot of pain in my pelvic area and stomach. please help
