Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Sternum

Hi, I recently was playing a contact sport and someone hit my chest. The inner right chest near the sternum has 2 indentation on my chest. If I was to tense my chest you can clearly see the indentation, also if I was to push on the indentation there is is a slight pain and redness after wards. Would you recommend me to go see a doctor?
