Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Testicle

I AM 49 NOW WHEN I WAS 26 THERE WAS PAIN IN MY LEFT TESTICAL AFTER THAT THAT HAS COME TO THE SIZE OF PEANUT IN 4 MONTHS I WAS NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEM IN SEX BUT NOW FROM LAST ONE YEAR I COULD NOT MAKE ERRECTION OR KEEP ERRECTION MORE THAN 30 40 SECONDS, SIZE IS ALSO COMMING SMALLER AND VERY VERY SOFT

VAricocele with Testicular atrophy.
The cause of the Erectile dysfunction in your case, is from low testosterone production.,due to the long standing untreated Varicocele since you were 26.
Treatment-Suggested-
Urgent Consults with Urologists after USG and Color doppler of the left testes and scrotum.
Plan for the VAricocelectomy urgently to reduce the testes pain and this would also recoup the testosterone with regain of normal testicular size and testosterone levels.
