Its wrong that you have ignored, you shaouls have get it checked immediately after the injury. You need to get an ultrasound scan done, ultrasound will help to asess the possible causes and what the injury has caused. As there could be some internal bleed, haematoma formation, inflammation and so on. Homeopathis are good but no very good in acute cases. Good luck
