Hi
welome to health care magic
in my opinion you are having GERD or gastritis
as your food habits and smoking aggravates this
I would advise you as follows
take tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily half an hour before breakfast
antacids either chewable or syrup thrice daily
Avoid spicy fatty and junk food and reduce smoking for a while
Have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits

Hope this helps you
thanks for your question
wish you a very good health
