Suggest Remedy For Pain In Throat And Ear

hello doctor, i feel pain in throat (not severe) and in ears.. i have a mouth ulcer... then little headache.. i feel ok when i sit..but when i walk or work something i feel tired. and body pain is there. all these are getting aggrevated when i go to work (i mean in AC and prolonged vision to computer). what can i do ?

Hi,
With the little information you have provided it is not possible to come to a conclusion..
Do you have any headache, nasal discharge,
Diet, sleep, smoking habits, age, duration of pain, duration of ulcer etc..
It is common to have pain in neck and headache for people who work for prolonged hours on computer..if that is the case...give rest to your eyes every half an hour for nearly one min by looking at a distance of 25ft and blinking eyes..
Zytee lotion on mouth ulcers..these are symptom based
Get a clinical evaluation done by your physician..he may ask for some investigations and advice you proper treatment
