Suggest Remedy For Pain On The Bridge Of Nose When Wearing Glasses
Hi, I have been having extreme pain on the bridge of my nose when wearing my glasses. I have tried several different frames but that makes no difference. It have pain almost immediately and this has been going on for years now, it has just got worse. Can you advise on the treatment? Thank you Kerry
Understanding your concern. As per your query pain on the bridge of nose when wearing glasses is mainly due to pressure on nose bridge and ears due to continuous pressure there is irritation because of that. There could be one other reason as well that is you must be having some problem in numbers and axis( cylindrical or spherical )of glasses. I would suggest you to visit ophthalmologist once and get it examined. Don't wear spectacles all the day. You should give a nap in between. You can go for lasik surgery as well with proper consultation if it is really troubling you. take diet rich in Vitamin A. Drink plenty of water, walk and exercise daily with yoga as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
