Suggest Remedy For Pain While Urinating And Persistent Fever

I am suffering through pain while urinating. When I am about to finish there is a sharp pain going through urethra to bladder coupled with continuous fever. I consulted a doctor, she said it is urinary tract infection or could be a stone. she advised me to have aciloc150, ciplox 500mg and cital. Now the pain is negligible but fever is not going. please guide me.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection.
You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for urine culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly.
Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. For fever ypu can take paracetamol for symptomatic releif.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
