Bleeding from rectum may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure or fistulas. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks, eat high fiber diet and do regular exercise.
Use syrup lactulose after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician so that he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
