Suggest Remedy For Painful Bleeding With Clots While Passing Stools Diagnosed As Anal Fissures
I am 30 yrs old, i have always had problems going to the bathroom, #2. I have suffered from he roils for years and in October I was told I was in fact suffering from anal fissures, not pain from the hemrroids. I have had occasional bleeding in the past however I have been bleeding for almost a week now every time I try to go or even push a little. This is not like the occasional bleeding I have had before it s a lot with clots and it just doesn t seem to stop. I am still in almost constant pain and really fear going into the clinic.
If I was a doctor seeing you for the above complain I'd like to know the following: - have you ever had any treatment for the anal fissure? - ever had Exam Under Anesthesia? Assuming the diagnosis of anal fissure is correct, I've found that nitroglycerin paste works well for conservative management. But with the amount of bleeding you're describing, it's not quite consistent with anal fissure; but it can be quite painful. Another possibility is a thrombosed hemorrhoid. It'll be best to see a doctor for physical exam making sure you don't have anything else causing the bleeding.
Hope this helps.
