Suggest Remedy For Painful Bowel Movements

I have a problem in my stomach. Initially have used pepper in my diets with no problems. I had a diet that I suspect was with (sodium silicate mineral) magadi salt as locally described here in Kenya. I had the same problem sometimes ago but eventually it healed. Today is almost a week suffering a constant pain from my bowels. No diarrhea, headache, fatigue or any other pains in my body. I have also no heartburn. I have tried anti-acids but all in vain. even last times I used anti-acids and failed. My question now is, what medications should i use? please help me. Timo

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here, if this is the abdomen pain the underlying cause of this is important and that needs to be treated else pain alone can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen.
Abdomen is such cavity that contains many organs like stomach (Gastric region ) intestine small and big liver, spleen, pancreas, and others for the pain it can be due to them like it is renal colic, biliary colic, infection, without knowing the underlying cause of abdomen pain it can not be treated with proper drugs.
