Suggest Remedy For Painful Bumps/boils On Neck

I have painful bumps/ boils on the back of my neck. my hair covers them but they hurt. I have been to a dermatologist and then a skin specialist... been given antibiotics, anti viral pils and creams... nothing really works I even had a dermatologist inject something made it worst.. i think it was some kind of steroid
