Suggest Remedy For Painful Lumps On Knee

I have a painful lump on outside of left knee. The back of my knee caps are flatter than they should be. I had them xrayed twenty years ago when I was 14 after car accident. I just had baby and weigh a bit more than usual. lump hurts like stabbing pain when I kneel on bed.

it could be a minor event like pateller displacement or a bursa-like benign cystic lesion

get X-ray for confirmation and to rule out any fluid collection there!
