I met a new guy and stupidly trusted him because he seemed so innocent. I had unprotected sex with him. I now have very painful rushes around my private parts. I have had similar rushes before, after I wear a certain type of pad during my periods, or even masturbate. Am I infected? This new boyfriend recently admitted he had kissed his male roommate, I worried there was more to in than that because his roommate was very jelousy of our friendship, and that is how the whole issue came up, after my constant questioning...ever since I distanced myself from the new friend...but I worry for my health incase he had had gay encounters

Unprotected sex with a stranger is a high risk in terms of STD' including HIV and they need to be ruled out by appropriate testing.
Painful genital lesions after unprotected sex could possibly be due to Genital Herpes.
Genital Herpes classically presents with sores or ulcers in the genital area; there may associated swelling, pain and burning sensation.
I suggest that you visit a specialist in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate treatment.
Besides you should also get screened for other STD's like HIV, Syphilis (VDRL/RPR), Hepatitis B as well as Gonorrhea and Chalmydia.
