Suggest Remedy For Painful Rectum During Stool Movement
sir My name Soumen Chowdhury.I am working in Saudi Arabia.Since eight months I have been suffering a problem when i am going to make latterine.That time My anuls & inside of the rectum creating small pain & I feel like fire.Always a bad smell is comung out from my back side.I feeling very discomfort when I go to office.Then I have to go 3 times in the toilets.But very small stool is coming out.Please suggest me what I will do.

This is most possibly related to fissure at anus.
Primary guidelines are:
- Keep the stool soft with high fiber diet, psyllium husk
- Sitz bath regularly
- Analgesic tablet regularly
- Dietary precautions, avoidance of alcohol, and smoking
