Suggest Remedy For Painful Ribcage After Getting Hurt On Ribcage While Leaning
hi,this sounds crazy, but i dropped my keys in a tall trash can and was leaning in to get them. the edge poked my left side rib cage and for three days the pain is harsh.. hard for me to sit up from a lying down position and really hurts when i cough.. dont see any bruising, but hurts to touch.. what do you think????
It sounds to me like a compression injury to the rib cage. If the sound is persisting more I will recommend that on a safer note please take an X-ray, as rib cage is the area which isn't needed to be ignored in any way as it's one of the main areas of the human body.
There might be a small hairline fracture due to the compression pressure which can be ruled out with the help of the physical examination and the x-ray.
Meantime before you get this examined, use hot water fermentation and Basic deep breathing exercises to maintain the functionality of the pulmonary system.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
