Suggest Remedy For Painful Swelling On The Right Side Of The Neck

6 yr old male with swelling on R side of neck just below ear. Swelling is painful and warm to the touch. He has a hard time moving head left and right, up and down. He had a fever yesterday but is not presenting one today. He has seasonal allergies and takes claritin 10mls daily. Should I be concerned? How concerned?

the history indicates a mastoid swelling or abscess, plz fix a visit to an ENT doctor immediately to rule out any serious pathology, give syrup ibuprofen in the meantime.
