Injection on the back or buttock may not be related to the pain in the testis at all. The cause can be local and can be diagnosed by the following: - Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist. - Ultrasound and color doppler studies of scrotum and the abdomen. - Continue antibiotics and ask your Doctors to ass on good anti-inflammatory medicine. - Give scrotal support. - Tests of blood and urine. Further treatment as per the findings.
