Suggest Remedy For Painful Urination With Abdomen Pain
uti?in the last two days I've been having painful urination. my lower abdominal feels full and heavy and I have a constant urge to urinate. the symptoms are leading towards a uti rather than an STD. after drinking water and cranberry juice for half a day my urination became less painful and constant. unfortunately the discomfort has returned. what should I do? thank you very much

Well come to HCM
Chances of urinary tract infection may be likely, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with following medicine
1) DI- Sodium hydrogen citrate 20 mg three time in day
drink more water, it is advisable to get done the plain x ray of abdomen and ultrasonography to rule out the underlying cause of UTI, have a nice day.
