Hi..i m 23 years old..recently noticed that my dorsal vein of the penis became more prominent than usual.. i was masturbating a lot but i did stop. ..The Vein is tortious & Prominent with erection & its engorged along its path from the root of penis on left side to head of the penis..there is slight discomfort on my left side of root of penis that come & go. i m 100% functional & i m doing sport on steady basis running . i do believe that this is an Engorged Superficial Dorsal Vein due to excessive rubbing & Erection of my penis. what do you think ? thanks in advance.
Penile Mondor’s disease- benign condition. Trauma due to prolonged or frequent sexual intercourse/masturbation is the commonest cause. Sudden and painful or painless cord like induration on the penis.
Giving rest from sex and taking the painkiller if you have pain are the remedies. If your issue persists you need surgical intervention.
