hi am a 27 yr old male. on my glans penis i have noticed pearly penile papules, I have seen it nealy 5 years ago during that time I was nt aware about it. Recently, i came to know that its penile papules. However, i dont experience any pain on it it hasnt even progressed to any where. Am concerned as it looks like abnormal and doesnt give penis its natural appearence. Kindly suggest
