Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Sir, I am having paing while passing urine and ejacuation time, and vibration many antibiotic had no improvement. xray done, urine culture are done no problem i feel the pain beneath the penis but rarely feel pain on bladder and scrotum also if i hold urine for a while. start urine in many streams after few drops flows easily, kinly help i am 42 yrs old, having this problem since 10 yrs. twice i had to hold ejacuation by tighting penis due to some circumstances, probably that could be the reason..
