I noticed small amounts of blood on the inside of my underwear. After looking more closely and pulling apart the opening of my penis, noticed a nominal amount of bright red blood coming from just inside the (lips??) of my penis. I then noticed what looks to be an ulcer type growth about 1/16 diameter with blood coming out while applying some pressure. The bleeding stops immediately when I release pressure. No other symptoms are present. The skin has a healthy, pink appearance in the area.
Bleeding from the ulcer on inner side of penis, may be there, due to forceful episodes of sex or act of masturbation causing mechanical trauma to the inner tissue of penis. However, if no such reason is there, then you must be examined for presence of some infection, including STI (Sexually transmitted infection).
If the bleeding does not stop, itself & healing of ulcer is not there, within a week, then you are advised to see your doctor for finding the cause & treatment accordingly, particularly, to confirm/rule out the presence of any STI or other infections.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
