Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem
2 weeks back I was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis as well as inflammation of Stomach. For that I am taking some medicines like Mylanta-2 (Syrp), Nexum (Tabs) and Pain Killers like Tramal.I also drink 2 cup Green Tea and from last weak I have Urine Problem that is when I urinate the tip os my penis pain and after urine drops comes for about 10 to 15 minutes and that pains and irritates. Also I need to goto washroom more just becoz of these drops. Seems still some urine is remaining.And today I Masturbate after 2 weeks (Normally I used to do that daily) (Also Quit Smoking for 20 days) and noted a change in my semen. It was yellowish and thick.

You are advised not to self-pleasure and avoid sex for a couple of days. Take care of your hygiene, wear soft loose fitting cotton clothes. Your symptoms are indicative of prostatitis, urethritis, kidney and bladder stones, sexually transmitted disease, herpes, non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU), chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc.
You are advised to get clinically examined by a urologist / GP, get all required blood tests & imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. You can take NSAIDs, Naproxen, or Ibuprofen to get rid of pain. Take plenty of water and fluids to help reduce the pain you are experiencing. You will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals or suggested surgery whatever best suits you.
