Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of peptic ulcer due to acid causing severe pain in esophagus which seems to be either infection or inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be due to peptic ulcer disease. Need not to worry. Avoid intake of large foods and try to prefer small and frequent meals. You should take oral rehydration solution for maintaining the hydration and electrolyte balance of the body. I would suggest you to start with proton pump inhibitors and antacids such as Pantoprazole along with domperidone. You should take antispasmodics as well. You should consult gastroenterologist once and get complete blood investigations done. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. Take plain and soft food and avoid hot, sharp and spicy food substances.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
