Suggest Remedy For Persistent Abdominal Pain And Loss Of Appetite

What is a safe time frame to continue use of the drug Lupron for stage 4 prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 9. My age is 70, and my current PSA is .02 after 4 months on Lupron. On 12-14-15 I will have been on Lupron for 8 months and will receive another 4 month shot (I also have been taking Casodex 50 mg during this time. The oncologist on my first visit stated a time frame of 2-3 years. At the second visit when my PSA dropped from 9.1 to .02, he keyed in all my pertinent information concerning prostate cancer and said I would need 6 months hormone therapy plus or minus. Clarification or difficult question? Thanks for your time!
