Suggest Remedy For Persistent Acid Reflux And Abdominal Bloating
Hello, I have no personal history or family history of digestive problems. I had a 10-day course of ciprofloxacin to treat prostatitis a few months ago which was successful. The last month I have had recurring bouts with passing gas and mucus only. No blood, very minimal pain (gas pain), and some bloating. I have been taking probiotics for about two weeks now, but the symptoms have recurred.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of treatment for prostatitis by Cipro for 10 day. Last month you had persistent bouts of passing gas and mucus only, minimal pain and bloating.Taking probiotics but symptoms have recurred. TH most probable causes of such a problem are: Amebiasis Cancer colon of secretory type. This can be diagnosed by: Stool test for three consecutive days. Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen.
This will give the diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
