Suggest Remedy For Persistent Nasal Congestion

I have had severe nasal congestion in my right side only for about 5 months now. I have taken antibiotics with no relief. It is worse indoors with air conditioning. I cant breathe out of the right nostril. I try to blow my nose and it is so packed I acn not get anything out at times. When I do it is like a thick plug and it is very painful.

You could be having an enlarged turbinate and things will get worse by blowing.
Try to keep the air- conditioning to a minimum, drink plenty of water, put a few drops of nasal saline on both sides of the nose several times a day and do some steam inhalations with plain water daily.
If this does not help, do see an ENT to decide whether surgery would be required or not.
