Nasal congestion is a common problem in children of this age. They are nose breathers and their nostrils are very small and have a tendency to get blocked. Apart from saline drops you may use nasivion which is a decongestant. Since she is feeding well, I can assume that her general health is fine and there is no cause of worry. As of now, you need not visit the ER but definitely keep a child of this age under routine follow up with a pediatrician.
