hi,
It seems likely that you are suffering from gastritis, which is caused by various factors which if not avoided can cause persistent problem in a few people. If you are a alcoholic ,smoker ,having spicy food, any other substance abuse then you should try to cut it down to reduce your gastritis which might be causing your nausea.Try to do yoga or meditation which can be helpful in bringing down the stress that might be affecting you.Try to do regular exercise and have a regular schedule for your intake of food, these things might help you in bringing down the anxiety as well as solve your problem.
