Hello dear, Most commonly the type of pigmentation you are describing is considered as normal. And any cream you will apply will only give temporary effect as once you stop using it , the pigmentation will most likely revert back. Many skin lightening creams contain Steroids, which when used without the supervision of Dermatologist, can result in permanent side effects on the skin. Also avoid any OTC product/ Beauty fairness creams for the same reason.
