Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pigmentation problem on the lip which could be because of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation in which some part of skin becomes darker than other areas of skin. Need not to worry. Apply petroleum jelly on lips. I would suggest to protect yourself from exposure to sun rays and if ever you have to go outside cover your face. Use TAN CARE or sunscreen rich in SPF 30 while exposure to sun. Apply metarub cream as well. Apply adapalene gel twice a day after washing your face. If your symptoms keeps on persisting then visit dermatologist for this, as then more intensive treatment like micro abrasion, laser therapy can be considered as treatment option. Combination of cucumber and lemon juice is very effective way to improve pigmentation. Hydroquinone is quite effective as it blocks natural melanin formation.
