I am a 41 year old male, 160 lbs, 5'11" and in good overall health. During the summer I get pimple like white heads on my legs. They are pink to red in color and have white pus. Been using triple antibiotic, however it is only slightly controlling. They increase in number at times. On thighs and below knee. Do not get them on any other part of body. Thanks for any help you can give.
