My brother has this quarter size pimple on his back. (Where his neck ends) he s been having it for almost year now. We pop it and white stuff comes out, a clear liquid and blood at the end. When we press it it bothers him but he s always asking us to pop it. It doesn t look infected. No redness, and no smell. What could it be?
Understanding your concern. As per your query your brother has pimple on back filled with white substance and blood as well which seems to be due to hair follicle infection leading to folliculitis. It could be due to clogging of sebaceous glands by bacteria, debris and sebum as excessive glands are there. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cream containing azealic acid. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should keep the area clean and maintain proper hygiene and wash it properly with cold water and apply topical antibacterial cream 0.2% mucopiorin. Take oral antibiotics as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for laser therapy as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
