Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
You seem to have developed irritation to the bleach. The redness in the area of acne is probably because you may be using antiacne treatment as well. As a treating dermatologist I always make it a point to stress it in my female patients of acne that they should be cautious while using bleach on face while they are on topical antiacne treatment because there are more chances of irritation. In your case too antiacne treatment, particularly a topical retinoid e.g adapalene, may have made the skin sensitive and therefore more prone to irritation. If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily at the site of irritation/ redness. This is a prescription steroid and therefore I suggest you to talk to yur doctor for the needful.
Regards
