Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. I understand from your query that you are having few acne lesions which you have scratched. From your description, the lesions till seem to be infected. I would advise you to use a el containing 1 % Clarithromycin in the morning and another containing 2.5% benzoyl peroxide at bed time. Do not scratch the pimples. If the lesions seem to be increasing in size/ number even after 10-14 days of application of topicals, you may need oral antibiotics like doxycycline or azithromycin. Drink plenty of water. Have a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Hope this helps you. Take care.
