i have a major problem .What i have is ,they are some other kind of pimples which are getting spread day by day on my face .Lacto calamine ,betnovate ,these creams are of no such use .Pimple are on my forehead and chin .Please help me out .Earilier my face was so soooo good but pleaseee solution :(.
You seem to have acne vulgaris. Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial disease. There may be genetic tendency. Stress, anxiety, wirries, sleeplessness, sun exposure, drugs like steroid and INH,hormonal imbalance,cosmetics..etc may stimulate or excerbate the disease. I usually advise in my patients having such problem as below.. - antibiotics like minocycline cap 50 mg daily in morning - retinoid like isotretinoin cap 5 mg daily at night - application of clindamycine gel on lesions in morning - application of adapalene gel onlesions at night - cleanse the face withantiseptic like cetaphil lotion
Avoid all suspecting factors, which may exacerbate the lesions. I hope this would be helpful in treatment. Take treatment after consulting nearby dermatologist.
Thanks.
