Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples and few reddish spots on the cheek which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and clogging of dead skin and bacteria leads to formation of pus in that and due to impaired immunity of body. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for pimples.Apply clindamycin gel at night time. You should drink plenty of fluids and avoid oily, sharp and greasy food. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
