Suggest Remedy For Pimples
hello doctor..someone recomended betnovate c cream for my pimples..in start ir work fine my skin got clear.but now my face got lots of pimples.and i think it becoz of betnovate c.m in worry what to do.m using this cream from 6 to 7 months..right now m not using it.what to do plz help

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it is due to clogging of skin pores with sebum. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelac acid which is good for acne as well as marks. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks. You should apply Melalite XL cream which is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time
