Suggest Remedy For Plain Brown Spots On Legs And Stomach
I have small brown spots all over my legs, bottom all over my stomach they seem to come during summer its very unconformable to show my skin I would love to find away to getrl rid of these ugly spots there not flaky or rough there just plain brown spots spreaded everywhere
You seem to be having a fungal infection which tends to appear in summer and results in rain drop like spots, mostly but not always, showing up on upper half of the body. This is Pityriasis vesicolor , the name signifying various colors it can assume. To my patients, I advise the following 1 Use selenium sulfide lotion once in wel at night to be washed off next morning 2 Daily use of antifungal like miconazole lotion with one drop being good enough to cover a half palm sized area 3 Oral Fluconazole as 400 mg tablet once a week for two weeks. 4 Finally, please take care of hygiene and do not let sweat remain in place for too long. Do wear loose garments allowing ventilation to do its job. It takes several months for the problem to vanish as the skin color does not return to normal quite soon. Please be patient and hopeful. You will be alright.
