PCOS is a condition characterized by lac of ovulation/
irregular periods. the
obese & thin PCOS patients have variation in their
insulin resistance/excessive blood insulin ,low
estrogen & high testesteron values. Obesity/ excessive facial hairs/thinness of patients depend on these variations.
Some how thin PCOS patients have to be careful for cardiovascular involvement in future.

Consult a gynecologist get full guidance through out the treatment span . The drug regiemes/ doses are decided by time to time by follow up scans/examinations.
