Suggest Remedy For Polyuria

Hi. I am a married and a female. I want to know the reason for frequent urge of urine?. Since from past 0ne week i am feeling like to go to toilet again and again. Why this happens? Any infection or muscle weakness regarding contraction of muscles? please help me out with my problem

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have problem of frequent urination since week....

So first rule out infective etiology like.....
UTI - urinary tract infection.
Urethritis
Cystitis
Kidney infection like pyelinephritis etc.....

For above conditions first investigate with urine routine micro examination and USG exanination.....

If infection present antibiotic full course needed like that of cefixime ....

Drink more water....
Fruits more ....

Second if infection not there and you feel constricting colicky pain than stone rule out by USG and x ray.....

Finally yes pregnancy has to be ruled out if sore nipple, pigmentation , delayed menstruation like symptom present by Hcg estimation and USG ....

Consult nephrologists for this...
