First follow the below advise to relieve
constipation considering first as functional...
Along with laxative like
psyllium in milk take high fiber foods like whole grain , wheat bran , carrot , apple etc....
Drink more water daily....
Fruits taken more...
Kiwi is good fruit for defective digestion as contain pepsin ,
vitamin c , pottasium , linolenic acid etc....
Cucumber also good as contain erepsin.
Beet and avocados rich in fiber.so taken.
Avoid stress and
smoking....
Gas forming food not taken like onion , turnip , cabbage , broccoli etc....
Do regular exercise.
If still problem
colonoscopy or USG needs to done to rule out organic cause.
