Suggest Remedy For Possible Infected Hair Glands In Vagina With Swelling And Pus

Hi I am 12 Years Old and I am not sexually active i'm a virgin it seems that i get infected hair glands and ingrown hair glands on the lips of my vagina right before my period comes on and during my period, some of them get swollen that puss like fluid comes out. Also The bump really doesnt have a hair growiing out of it, it usually looks like it's bald around the spot where the bump is. Also the bump or ingrown hair is located on the right lip of my vagina.......I'm getting kinda scared and don't know what to do I have A doctor's appointment in April..!!!...
