My age:23 Sex:male I am masterbating since 6 years..While masterbatingMy age:23 Sex:male I am masterbating since 9-10 years..While masterbating my sperm is coming out very early within 2 minutes..and also there will be leakage while thinking of sexual thing...i am feeling shy to consult to doctor personally..i am from hyderabad....please suggest me solution..

U seem to have premature ejaculation you should not be shy as it is a part of your body just as your eyes ears nose or mouth, consult a psychiatrist certain drugs such as SSRI s can improve or prolong ejaculation time
